Clarity360 is an emerging health-information synthesis and education approach currently in development.

It is designed to help individuals organize and better understand complex health information, identify patterns and questions worth exploring, and develop more focused next steps.

Clarity360 may include tools such as:

• A Health Story

• An Action Plan

• Companion Guides for clinical and non-clinical support

Clarity360 does not diagnose disease, determine that a particular medical condition is present, prescribe treatment, or replace evaluation by qualified healthcare professionals.

Information, patterns, hypotheses, or possible areas for further exploration identified through Clarity360 should be considered educational and informational unless and until appropriately evaluated by a qualified professional.
